REQUIREMENTS
- Form Five or above
- Cheerful, sincere and courteous, customer-oriented service attitude
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Relevant working experience is preferred
- Shift duties will be required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide customer services at the Concierge
- Answering phone/email / face-to-face enquiries
- Handling customer complaints
- Assist with the selling of Gift certificate and carparking arrangement
