REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in promotions and event management.
- University graduate in Marketing/Business related disciplines.
- Experience in shopping malls and/or retail marketing would be a definite advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, mature, self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and data analysis skills.
- Good team player, energetic and passionate.
- Self-motivated, creative thinking, detail-minded, efficient and have the initiative to deliver the best quality of work.
- Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn.
- Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Marketing Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning and formulating marketing strategies that align with business and branding objectives.
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including event set up & coordination, promotions, interactive initiatives, and digital strategies, to support overall goals of brand recognition, mall traffic, and sales.
- Assist in content management, production and preparation a range of marketing materials.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of project ownership and deliver the work in a timely manner within the planned budget.
- Proactively collaborate with strategic partners and tenants for tactical campaign and drive marketing synergies.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs, generate and consolidate campaign reports.
- Collect, compile, analyze, and share market intelligence on macro-trends, consumer behavior, and activities of competing shopping malls.
- Continuously seek innovation in program execution, exploring new promotional tactics, mediums, and creative approaches.
- Provide administrative assistance for the team. Any ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor.
